Coaching that meets you where you’re at and helps you reach your goals.
Half the battle of endurance training is being consistent by staying healthy. My background as a physical therapist minimizes that risk to keep you in the game.

The base of a good training plan revolves around the coach-athlete relationship, so I start every program with an in depth conversation about training history, what you know works well for you and what doesn’t, and my strategies to help you towards your goals.

My background in coaching is multi-faceted. For running, I ran competitively in High School and College, coached youth cross country teams, and have trained novice to professional runners. For swimming, I swam in the US Navy as a search and rescue swimmer and was trained by an Olympic medalist. I was also responsible for training future search and rescue swimmers. For biking, I am a competitive mountain biker now days and have experience training clients for both mountain bike, road races, and triathlon. I am also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, registered with the NSCA, meaning I have advanced qualification for all the previously mentioned activities plus strength training.
